Board of Directors and Committees

YRGC Board meets bi-monthly

Our Board of Directors is an empowered body that holds ultimate corporate accountability. They are the elected representatives of the membership and serve as the visionary leader of our organization.

The YRGC board meets the second and fourth Thursdays of each month unless otherwise posted. Meetings begin at 6 p.m. and are usually in the basement of City Hall, 381 East Main Street, in Stoughton. Co-op members are welcome to attend.

2009 Yahara River Grocery Cooperative Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of nine members, all duly elected by the membership. The Board elects four officers who serve one-year terms: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The 2010 Board of Directors was elected at the Jan. 28 Annual Membership Meeting. The Board met Feb. 18, 2010, for its regular business meeting and elected officers.
