Proposed bylaw change

The Yahara River Grocery Cooperative membership approved the following amendment to the bylaws Jan. 26 at the 5th Annual Membership Meeting. The original section and the amendment, which follows Wisconsin statute 185.13 more closely, is posted below. To see the Co-op's bylaws, click here.

5.2 (Annual Meeting)

The annual membership meeting shall be held each year, not more than 30 days after the end of the calendar year. The annual membership meeting shall include the election of Directors, the presentation of current financial and operational reports, and other business as may properly come before the membership.
