Cancellation Policy

As with most fundraiser bicycle rides, this is a "rain or shine" event. If a participant chooses not to participate in the bicycle tour, they are still welcome to have lunch at Mandt Park between 11am-3pm if the event goes on.

In the case of lightning or other severe weather (heavy winds, heavy rain, hail, fire or icy conditions) the event will be canceled. Event conditions resulting in event cancellation, course alteration or participant withdrawal will not warrant the refunding of race entry fees or granting of future race credits.
